A Revolutionary Approach to Psychological Transformation
Some schools of psychology assert that our subconscious mind accounts for 90% of who we are - our emotions, beliefs, habits, patterns, regulation of bodily function and more. Talk therapy aims at supporting people in getting in touch with this inner part of themselves, where individuals unearth a monumental part of the healing process in helping individuals get in touch with the deeper reasons for their psychopathology and self sabotage.
What if there was a way to do this faster, with greater accuracy and in a gentler and more empowering way?
What if we could cut the time spent in therapy in half or less - thereby resulting in greater levels of stability, follow-through and actual completion of healing, gently, safely and effectively?
What if we could avoid the use of medications and utilize the power of the mind to cut to the core of issues and permanently heal them gently, safely and effectively?
I think mental health practices would be booming in such a case as this!
Mindfulness-Based Trauma Recovery (MBTR) is a method that does just that.
When I was a patient of psychology, though I tried it multiple times, I never stuck with the process long enough because it felt arduous and every session felt like I was opening old wounds from the past leaving there bleeding. But once I experienced the subconscious trauma release process inherent in the Mindfulness-Based Trauma Recovery (MBTR) method I felt immediate relief, saw proof right away that something was working and therefore saw my healing process through to the amazing life that was awaiting me on the other side of my pain. There was a new ease in applying the wisdom and knowledge I had gained in prior therapy sessions; the creation of healthy behaviors and habits became a simple process and suffering diminished.
Integration and evolution of the mind, body and spirit are possible when we can transform & heal past patterns inherent in everyday hardships, physical pain, trauma and impairments, emotional tribulation, abuse, illnesses and defeat. We can celebrate when clients walk away from each and every session with the sense of empowerment and accomplishment distinctive to this method.

Mindfulness-Based Trauma Recovery (MBTR) is a systematic formulaic approach that can be used to support even the most "stuck" clients and patients in moving out of their self defeating or mental illness patterns. It creates a link between the client and their inner Truth - clearing away the subconsciously stored trauma and resulting belief systems that have kept them trapped. We take the subconscious mind out of the drivers seat and put the client back in control of their symptoms and their life. It's like suddenly their inner light shines through the fog that has encompassed their life.
Mindfulness-Based Trauma Recovery Certification Training includes 40 hours of lecture given just a few times a year. Subsequent to training, full certification can be pursued and requires 100 sessions of practice. Students pursuing full certification also receive private MBTR sessions at the student rate. Mentorship is available as well to make your practice of MBTR most successful. Following the training and practice hours you will have amassed the knowledge and wisdom to help sufferers find relief from a variety of symptoms ranging from physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. Bonus side effects include increased intuition, healthier relationships, more success and a new level of comfort in who they are - guaranteed - no matter what the client is 'working on' on your sessions, these areas all improve because of the deeply transformative curative MBTR process! They will be forever grateful to have stumbled upon such a magnificent healer as yourself!
What conditions can be helped using these methods?
Help others free themselves from mental, emotional and even physical pain and suffering. Our mind has more control than most have realized.
It is proven in science that when we change our deeply held belief systems, we change the programs that operate how our mind works and in turn also can even change the physiology of our body. Through Mindfulness-Based Trauma Recovery we intend to change those programs for maximum benefit to your clients' lives in the areas of love, health, spirituality, physical wellness and comfort, success, money and more.
