We cannot be fully in the moment when we have traumas and mini-traumas of the past that creep up into our lives and infiltrate our behaviors and actions. We will find ourselves, instead, acting out sabotaging patterns and our minds and bodies riddled with pains, symptoms and negativity that stall our lives.
We bring ourselves fully into the present moment by delving into the hidden subconscious emotions, traumas and mini-traumas of the past and rewiring our minds and bodies for success.
When we do that we find infinite compassion, wisdom, excitement about life, progress, synchronicity and endurance. We find that our ailments - both mental and physical - begin to dissipate or become less and less unbearable.
Mindfulness-Based Emotional Clearing is a journey of one-on-one 90-minute sessions that are gentle yet empowering and transformative techniques for accessing the subconscious mind, altering hidden belief patterns that bring sabotage, ill health, instability and stalled progress to your life.
You learn to harness the power to circumvent the outdated mechanisms of protection keeping you from living out your most joy-filled and purposeful life.
Let go of sabotaging, guarding and protecting the self unnecessarily or unconsciously from loss. Together we access self healing by disarming the emotional triggers behind the sabotage that shows up as: failure, demotivation, symptoms of mental illness, disease, lack of focus, addictions, physical pain chaotic relationships and unhealthy habits.
