Step 1: After a short (or long) meditation of your choosing write an unfiltered secret letter to the person(s) of interest as if you're speaking to their Spirit or soul.

- What I want our relationship to look like moving forward
- what I don’t want
- what I’ll settle for (if you just simply would like it this way I can accept that…)
- what is ideal to me
- to be validated in my thoughts and feelings/perspective on the topic
Step 3: Watch your mind and what it does in response to their reactions knowing that you are only responsible for acting in your integrity and cannot control how others behave or react.
